Everyone is facing challenges to continue working with the Covid-19 lockdown but we are going once more into the breach dear friends.
Over the years we have always tried to plan for the future and we have put systems in place that are almost entirely cloud based, meaning that we have access to all our software, phones and files from the safety of our own homes.
Because of this, we hope our service is just as reliable as normal and even though we are remote you can still reach us as quickly.
Tenants can still make enquiries, pay rent and report any issues to us, but remember you can access a lot of online forms from our website, here, to do this too. As much as can be done online right now would be a great help. Please also remember that unfortunately only emergency repairs will be able to go ahead at the moment.
Landlords can still make enquiries, discuss finances and or anything else.
MS Teams, not pretty
Easylets have been making good use of microsoft teams, so if you really want to see any of our pretty faces that’s an option, but we wouldn’t recommend it. Especially after some some of the sights we’ve seen on our online meetings so far. If you would like to schedule this type of catch up let us know!
We’re also using this opportunity to do some much needed admin tasks and I’ve certainly more time to practice my guitar (in the evenings), which if you ask my friends and family is also in dire need!
